Financing
How a Kansas custom home actually gets financed.
We walk you through construction-to-permanent loans and introduce you to lenders who already know our process.
The short version.
Most Peachtree builds are financed with a construction-to-permanent loan. You close once, the lender funds the build in draws as work is completed, and the loan rolls into a normal mortgage when you take the keys.
The four moving pieces.
- Lot. Owned, purchased at closing, or rolled into the loan.
- Down payment. Typically 10–20% of total project cost — varies by lender and credit.
- Build budget. Funded in draws as Peachtree completes each phase.
- Permanent loan. Locked at closing, then activates at move-in.
How we help.
- Introductions to Kansas lenders who already know our process and draw schedule
- A written, line-item estimate that lenders can underwrite against
- Honest answers on what your monthly payment will actually look like
- Coordination with your lender on draws so the build never stalls waiting on paperwork
What we won't do.
We won't quote your interest rate, sell you a loan product, or take a kickback for steering you to a specific lender. Our job is to build your home — your loan is between you and the bank.

Have a lender? Have a question?
We'll work with your bank or introduce you to one of ours. Either way, the build keeps moving.
