- Do you really beat any Kansas builder's price?

- Where do you build?
- We build across Kansas — Topeka, Manhattan, Salina, Lawrence, Kansas City, Overland Park and the surrounding communities. If you're in Kansas, we want to talk.
- Can I bring my own floor plan?
- Absolutely. We work from your plans, modify an existing plan, or design something from scratch with you. The plan is the home — we won't try to force you into a plan that doesn't fit your family.
- How long does a custom home take?
- Most fully custom builds run 7–10 months from ground-break to keys, depending on size, finishes and weather. Residential builds typically run 5–7 months. You'll get a written timeline before you sign.
- Do I need to already own a lot?
- No. We can build on your lot or help you find one. If you have a lot in mind, we can walk it with you and tell you honestly whether it's a good fit before you put money down.
- How do change orders work?
- Change orders are always written, priced, and approved by you before any work happens. If a builder is racking up surprise change orders, that's usually a sign the original number wasn't honest.
- Do you offer construction financing guidance?
- Yes. We'll walk you through construction-to-permanent loan options and introduce you to lenders who already know our process so closings move on time.
- What's included in the price?
- Everything in the written estimate — site prep, foundation, framing, mechanicals, insulation, roofing, finishes, fixtures and labor. We break it out line-by-line so you can see what you're paying for.
- Do you warranty your homes?
- Yes — every Peachtree build comes with a written warranty and direct access to Rick after move-in. We don't disappear once the keys change hands.
