Peachtree Homes was founded by Rick McCann in Saint Marys, Kansas with one promise — every home would be built like it was for his own family. No project managers running five jobs at once. No subs running the show. One owner, one accountable name, one phone number that rings every time.

We build because we want to, not because we have to. That changes how every nail gets driven, every joist hung, every finish installed. It's also why we can stand behind the beat-any-price guarantee in writing.

What we believe about building.

• The owner shows up. Rick is on every Peachtree job site, on a real schedule, every week.
• The number is the number. Our estimates are transparent. Surprise change orders are a tell that a builder didn't plan the job.
• Quality isn't optional. We use the same framing, insulation, and trim spec on a $400k home as we would on a $1.2M home.
